into the assembly as illustrated.

Pull out 

SPRING LOADED PULL/TWIST PIN

 (77) and 

Slot 

UPPER HEIGHT ADJUSTER

 (25) into the top of 

the 

LOWER HEIGHT ADJUSTER

 (24) releasing 

the pin to secure in the bottom adjustment hole.

NOTE:
