6. Connect the upper and lower moving handlebars

1.  Slide the lower moving handlebar up into the tube 

of the upper moving handlebar

2.    Choose a height adjustment hole and secure in 

position with the pull plunger

3.    Repeat for the other side, making sure to choose 

the height adjustment hole in the same position

7. Attach the console to the handlebars

8.  Attach the handlebars

1.  Open the handlebar clamp bracket and 

place the handlebar inside

2.    Close the clamp bracket and place the rear  

handlebar bracket cover over it

3.    Secure in place using the Multi-position  

handle and screws as shown

4.    Turn the handlebars to the fully upright  

position

5.    Connect the 2 sets of wires together and 

then push them down into the inside of the 

front post – through the narrow gap behind 

the rubber stop

6.    Finally, attach the front handlebar bracket 

cover as shown
