Button Functions

Pre – workout                                          During workout

starts the workout

stops the workout 
– press again to resume

In ‘program setting’ mode it will  
reset the current value – press 
twice to return to the main menu

press and hold to return to the ‘main 
menu’ screen - can only be use d when 
the workout has stopped

adjust values in ‘program 
setting’ mode

increase or decrease the resistance 
level during the workout

enter the fitness test program 
– use when your workout has 
ended

selects the feedback mode currently 
displayed
(speed/time/distance) or (rpm/calo-
ries/watts)

Quick Start

Use this mode if you just want a quick workout session and are not interested in setting up any  

personal data : 

1.  Make sure the cross trainer is plugged in
2.  Press the ‘start / stop’ button
3.  Begin pedalling
4.  Use the ‘up / down’ buttons to adjust the resistance
5.  The values of time, distance and calories will start counting upwards

Console Display and Feedback

Time

Time exercised this session; default 

counts up from zero, but counts down if 

a target has been set

Speed

Current speed you are pedalling at, in 

km/h

 

 

Distance

Distance travelled this session; default 

counts up from zero, but counts down if
