Quick start
Make sure the treadmill is plugged in, switched on, and the

safety key is in position.
Press the

“enter” button.
Press the

“start / stoP” button.
The treadmill mat will slowly begin to move (0.8 km/h).

“+ / -” buttons to change the speed and incline.
York ProximitY sensor:
The York Proximity Sensor acts as an invisible safety barrier that detects
and alerts if any objects such as crawling babies, toddlers or pets are within
the safety zone and in possible danger of harming themselves.
If the safety zone barrier is broken, the console light will flash and a beeping
sound will be heard. As the object gets closer to the rear of the treadmill,
both the flashing light and the beeping noise will get faster.
Please ensure You check the rear of the treaDmill

Press the Proximity Sensor “on/off” button once to turn it on. (Green

The treadmill will only operate when the safety key is in position - if
the safety key is removed while the treadmill is in operation, it will
stop immediately. Before every workout session please make sure you
attach the safety key to the console and the clip at the other end to your
clothing. When the treadmill is not in use, you should remove the safety
key and store it somewhere safe, out of the reach of children.
