Descrip�on
SET
To set up workout value for:
TIME se�ng range: 0:00~99:00 (Each increment is 1:00)
CAL se�ng range: 0.0~999.0 (Each increment is 1.0)
CNT se�ng range: 0~9990 (Each increment is 10)
MODE
Choose each func�on by pressing MODE key. In SCAN mode,
press MODE key can lock the current func�on.
Press MODE key and hold for 2 seconds to reset all func�on figures.
Power On
LCD will display all segments, beep and enter SCAN mode.
If no signal is transmi�er to the monitor for 4 minutes, the monitor will enter stand-by mode.
Press any key to wake the console up.
1. When monitor powers on (or when you press and hold MODE key), LCD will display all
segments, beep and then enter SCAN mode.

2. When a signal is transmi�ed to the monitor, TIME, COUNT, DISTANCE, CALORIES and RPM
will start to count up.
3. If no signal is transmi�ed to the monitor for 4 minutes, the monitor will enter stand-by
mode.
Trouble shoo�ng:
When the display of LCD is weak, it means the ba�eries need to be changed.
If there is no signal when you row, please check if the cable is well connected.
