Chapter 6. Personal Information Management System (PIMS)

This chapter describes how to use the PIMS (Personal Information Management System) program,

one of the basic functions in the PDA, effectively and efficiently.

The PIMS program is composed of a Contact program, a Task program, and a Schedule program.

In addition, there are a Memo program you can take a short note and a PIMS Back-up program

where you can store your PIMS data safely.

Note.

You can conveniently enter the PIMS data into the PIMS programs of the YOPY using a MyPIMS

program installed in your PC after putting the YOPY on the cradle connected to your PC.

For more detailed information on MyPIMS see the “Using MyPIMS” part of Chapter 3.
