The tool does not 

automatically stop 

The value of cut torque is not proper. 

Set the cut torque again. 

“OVER” frequently 

occurs 

The upper limit of torque is not proper.   

Set the upper limit of torque again. 

Tightening capability of the tool is not proper.

 

Set the rotation speed again or replace the tool 

with low torque range.

 

“UNDER” frequently 

occurs 

The lower limit of torque Is not proper. 

Set the lower limit of torque again. 

During tightening, the hand is off the throttle 

lever of the tool.

 

Pull the throttle lever until the tool automatically 

stops.

Set the rotation speed again or replace with the 

tool with high torque range.

inputted to input

Improper connection on the terminal block. 

Carry out connection so that the number marked
