(4), the following conditions of (a) or (b) must be satisfied.
(a) {( Li × 100 < Lo) or (Ci × 100 < Co)} and {Li ≤ (Lo - Lc) and Ci ≤ (Co - Cc)}
(b) { Li ≤ (Lo / 2 - Lc) and Ci ≤ (Co / 2 - Cc)} and [{(Ci + Cc) ≤ 600 nF for
Group IIC} or {(Ci + Cc) ≤ 1 μF for Group IIA, IIB}]
