6.2 Reference Table of Thermocouple and RTD
This instrument has been adjusted in accordance with the JIS thermoelectromotive force
table and the resistance ratio table.
For the input signals used to adjust the instruments, refer to JIS C1602, IEC 60584-1 (ITS-
90) for the thermocouple input type and to JIS C 1604, IEC 60751 (ITS-90), DIN (IPTS-68)
for the platinum resistance temperature detector (RTD) input type.
