6.2 Operational Inspection
6.2.1 Inspection when the unit is turned on
The unit performs the initialization processing from the time when it is turned on until the time
when it becomes operable. It takes about a few seconds for the process to be completed.
For starting up the unit, refer to Chapter 3.

After a few second when the unit is turned on, check that LED in switches are lighting.
6.2.2 Operational inspection of each switch

Check the operations of each switch.
Operate each switch once briefly to check that the unit functions properly.
6.2.3 Inspection of output level

Measurement procedures
Check the output level following xyz-axes adjustment procedures.

If any abnormal situation occurs in the hardware during initialization processing, LED in
switches are not lighting.
z
If the fan does not work, lamp continue on and off. In this case, turn [POWER] off.
If these situations occur, the unit must be repaired. Contact our Service Dept., Sales Dept.,
or nearest office immediately.
