5. Attach 2-1/2” x .0638” spring (p/n:06143)
to bed latch, in the eyelet, as shown.
6. Lift dump bed onto unit allowing the two
frame supports to rest between the dump
bed pivots.
7. Attach the dump bed to the frame by
installing (2) 3/8” x 6-1/2” bolts (p/n: 06157)
through the dump bed pivots and bushings
located at the backside of the frame
supports. Fasten using (2) 3/8” nylock nuts
(p/n: 001205P).
10. While keeping the prop rod in the slide
tray, lower the dump bed enough to insert
the end of the prop rod handle into the hole
on the bottom of the dump bed.
11. Lower the dump bed a little further
making sure that the prop rod is in the
retaining bracket location.

8. Lift dump bed all the way up, resting it
on tires.
9. Attach “L” end of the prop rod (p/n:06141)
into the prop rod slide tray, by laying it at a
90
°
angle.
