Hold the tool and battery pack firmly without touching the power switch.  
Slide the battery all the way in until it locks into place with a “click”. Make sure it is securely fixed in place 
before letting go.  
Press the battery release button to release the battery pack.  

b) Attach the Dust Bag
Pay attention to the installation direction of dust bag
Risk of fire! Do not use a dust bag (7) when sanding metal,
as sparks can be generated. Wear the appropriate safety
gear  and  keep  other  persons  and  combustible  material
away from the work area.

· Remove the battery to prevent an accidental start.
· Attach the dust bag (7) to the dust exhaust port.
· Gently press to insert all the way.
· Make sure the dust bag (7) is properly attached before using the sander.

c) Emptying the Dust Bag
The dust bag (7) should be emptied regularly for optimal dust extraction.
· Turn the sander off by pressing button (1) then remove the battery pack.
· Hold the dust bag from where it fits over the exhaust port and pull away at the same time.
· Empty the dust bag by tapping it lightly.

d) Attaching and Removing Sanding Discs
The holes in the sanding disc are used for dust suction and should line up with the holes on the pad
surface.
