Add Callback Rules
A callback rule will help you manipulate the numbers to call back from TG gateway.
For some GSM/3G carriers, you need to add or strip digits for the incoming caller ID to
ensure that TG gateway can call back to the desired numbers.
Procedure
1.
Navigate to
Gateway
>
Routes Settings
>
Callback Settings
.
2.
Click
Add Callback Rules
.
3.
Select the trunk will be used to call back.
4.
Set the callback rule.
Strip:
Define how many digits will be stripped from the front of the callback
number before the call is placed.
Prepend:
Define how many digits will be added in front of the callback
number before the call is placed.
