How to Transfer Calls:
There are 2 ways to do this, Unattended (rude) or Attended (polite)
1)
Unattended
During the call, a transfer button will appear on the screen. When you press this button it
puts the active call on to hold, allowing you to type the extension number, external phone
number or to push the extension button on your phone. Once you have typed the number
push transfer again. (Using this method you can’t let the person know that you are
transferring a call to them)
2)
Attended
You can place the call on Park 1 or 2 by simply pressing park 1 or 2 during an active call,
then call the extension that you wish to transfer the call to and let them know there is a call
on park 1 or 2. They will then be able to pick up the call from their phone.
If you are transferring from a cordless please follow these steps:
•
During a call press extcall (down the bottom of the screen)
•
Dial the number/extension who you want to transfer to (you will speak to them first
before you transfer the call.)
•
Press options on the extension you want to transfer to and select transfer.
