You can configure an Enhanced Call Park key, so that you can park an active call by pressing the
Enhanced Call Park key.
Note
You cannot configure an enhanced park call key via CommPortal phone configurator for
SIP-T19(P) E2, CP920, SIP-T56A, SIP-T58A/V, W60B, and W80B phones.
To configure an Enhanced Call Park key via the CommPortal phone configurator:

Click
Programmable Keys - Line Key
->
Key X
.

Select
Enhanced Call Park
from the
Soft key action
field.
3.
Select the desired orbit where you want to park the call from the
Park Orbit
field.
4.
Enter the string that will appear on the LCD screen in the
Label
field.
5.
Click
Save changes
to accept the change.
6.
Perform auto provisioning on the phone to download above configurations. For more
