You can add contacts to your local directory in the following ways:

Manually

From call history
Adding Contacts Manually
To add a contact to the local directory manually:
1. Press .
2. Select Local Directory.
3. Press or to select Enter and then press .
If the groups have been added to the local directory, select the desired group, then
press or to select Enter and then press .
4. Press or to scroll to New Item.
5. Press to add a new contact.
6. Press to switch the input mode.
7. Enter the name and the office, mobile or other numbers in the corresponding fields
8. Press or to select the desired account from the Account field.
If Auto is selected, the phone will use the first available account when placing calls
to the contact from the local directory.
9. Press or to select the desired ring tone from the Ring Tones field.
If Auto is selected, this contact will use the ring tone assigned to the group.
10. Press to accept the change.
Note
Adding Contacts from Call History
To add a contact to the local directory from the call history:
1. Press .
2. Press or to select the desired entry.
If the contact has existed in the directory, the LCD screen prompts “Contact name
existed!”.
