Basic Call Features
The CP960 Skype for Business phone is designed to be easily used like a regular phone on a
public switched telephone network (PSTN). You can place calls, answer calls, transfer a call to
someone else, or conduct a Skype for Business conference call. You can also use calendar,
response groups or boss-admin Skype for Business feature.
This chapter provides basic operating instructions for the CP960 Skype for Business phone.
