Step 7: Assembling Tongue Latch
Insert the Tongue Latch (#11) up through the
opening in the Hitch Tongue (#5). Place one
Latch Spacer (#32) on each side of the
Tongue Latch (#11), the insert Bolt (#12) to
connect Hitch Tongue (#5) and Latch
Spacers (#32) and Tongue Latch (#11). Only
Hand Tighten (#12) Bolt to (#8) Nut. See
Figure 7. Next, attach one end of Latch
Spring (#10) to Hitch Tongue (#5) and one
end of Latch Spring (#10) to top hole in
Tongue Latch (#11). Note hole locations from
Figure 7. Now completely tighten (#12) Bolt
(#9) Big washer and (#8) Nut.

1 (#11) Tongue Latch
2 (#32) Latch Spacers
1 (#10) Latch Spring
1 (#12) Bolt
1 (#8) Nut
1 (#9) Big Washer Ø6
Step 8: Installing the Hitch Pin
Bracket
Install the Hitch Pin Bracket(#3) in the
back two holes of the Hitch Tongue(#5)
using 2 (#1) Bolts, 2 (#6) Washers, and
2(#7) Nuts. Refer to Figure 8. Place
Hitch Pin (#2) in the front hole, using
Cotter Pin (#4) to hold in place.

2 (#7) Nuts
1 (#2) Hitch Pin
