2. What does it mean when the charging station LED indicator flashes?
3. Why the robotic lawnmower can’t cannect with the docking station?
4. When my Robotic Mower runs in circles while mowing or while following the boundary wire back to the
docking station.
3. After I succesfully installed the boundary wire and charing station, why the robotic mower is turning
around in the garden but not start working?
4. When installing charging station, boundary wire and setup robotic mower, what elese should I pay atten-
tion to?
When the blue light is on, it means everything is normal. When the blue light flashes and the red
light goes out. It indicates an internal error in the docking station, and the boundary line is normal.
When red flashes and blue goes out. The docking station is normal, the boundary line is poorly
connected or the robotic lawnmower is charging. When red and blue flash. It indicates an internal
error in the docking station; the boundary line is poorly connected or disconnected.
Please first check whether the boudary wire is straight under the holes of charging station (you
could observe boudary wire through the 2 circle holes of the charging station). And then please
ensure the direction of charging station is placed correctly.
1. Verify that no power cable runs parallel and in close proximity the boundary wire. If necessary,
reposition the boundary wire.
2. Check if a front wheel is stuck.
3. If a neighbor has a similar Robotic Mower, the signals may interfere. Try setting your docking
station and Robotic Mower to the alternative boundary signal.
4. Driving motor may be damaged, please contact customer support
This is because robotic mower cannot detect the boundary signal. Please ensure:
1. The direction of charging station placed correctly;
2. There is no damage on the boundary wire;
3. On the charging station, boundary wire to “F” and “B” were inserted correctly;
4. The robotic mower set the same signal as the charging station (if charging station set to “S1”,
then robotic mower should be set to “S1” also; so as the same when “S2”)
We strongly recommend to read QSG (Quick Start Guide) before installation. If any questions, you
can also refer to the user manual. Should any questions, please contact our Service Center. We
are more than pleased to help.
Mowing
1. What happens when robotic mower hit an object?
The collision sensor equipped with the robotic lawnmower can detect any rigid and fixed
obstacles greater than 100 mm, such as walls, fences and garden furniture. When triggered, the
automatic lawn mower will stop, reverse backwards, and then continue cutting in other directions.
It is still recommended to use boundary lines to protect obstacles, which is a long-term solution.
Tips:
We recommend cleaning up the lawn in advance to remove small stones or other hard
objects below 100 mm. If it is an immovable object (tree root, etc.), it needs to be isolated by a
boundary line to avoid damage to the blade of the mower.
