CLEANING MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
WARNING! Before cleaning, maintenance or storing, make sure that the
sprayer is switched off and the battery is removed.
WARNING! Never use abrasive cleaning agents, flammable chemicals and
solvents such as petrol, alcohol and ammonia solution etc. to clean the
sprayer.
Cleaning
WARNING! Never use abrasive cleaning agents and flammable chemicals to
clean the sprayer.
a)
Remove the tank from the sprayer by lifting up and releasing the tank latches on each
end of the sprayer.
b)
Drain all the liquid from the tank.
c)
Fill the tank with about one third full of clean water and a small amount of mild
household detergent to clean the tank.
d)
If the adjustable nozzle becomes clogged, unscrew the nozzle and use a small wire to
clear any debris. Rinse the nozzle with clean water.
e)
Use a clean and dry cloth to wipe the liquid on the sprayer.
f)
Use a soft cloth to clean the sprayer, preferably after each use. If dirt does not come off,
use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water.
g)
Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia solutions etc. These solvents may
damage the plastic parts.
Maintenance
a)
There is no user maintainable parts inside the sprayer. If the sprayer requires service, it
should only be repaired by an authorised service centre.
b)
Replace the battery if it is wears out.
Storage
1.
Clean the sprayer and empty the tank before storage.
2.
Store the sprayer is a dry, well ventilated area and out of the reach of children.
