TARE OPERATION
Tare operation is used when you want to display the net weight that is deducted a container weight
from the gross weight. (Tare means a container in this case.)
Operation
Display
1 Place an empty container on the platform.
The weight of the container (e.g. 2 kg) is shown on the display.
2 Press
after the stable indicator is lit.
The NET indicator is lit and the display shows zero.
3 Start
weighing
Place the item(s) in the container on the platform.
The display shows the net weight of the item (e.g. 15 kg).
4 Cancellation
of
tare
Remove the container from the platform.
The display shows the weight of the container as a negative
number.
5 Press
.
The NET indicator goes out and the display shows zero.
