3. With assistance, set the Lower Drum (22) with attached Arm (31) and
Support Bracket Seats (19) into Stand assembly and align the bolt holes;
Fasten together using Bolts M8x60 (64), Flat Washers (3), and Nuts M8 (6).
Tighten with wrench until secure.
