1. Lubricate:

bearings

spacers

dust covers

pivot shaft

Recommended lubricant

Lithium soap base grease

2. Install:

swingarm

pivot shaft

washer

pivot shaft adjust bolt

pivot shaft nut

Use the pivot shaft wrench

and pivot shaft

wrench adapter

to tighten the pivot adjust

bolt.

3. Install:

rear shock absorber assembly

rear wheel
Refer to “REAR SHOCK ABSORBER AS-
SEMBLY” and “REAR WHEEL”.

4. Adjust:

SLACK” in chapter 3.
