To change the system’s name as a
Bluetooth device
At the time of purchase, the system
has a name “yamaha” as a Bluetooth
device.
When a Bluetooth device detects the
system, the system is recognised as
“yamaha”.
To change the name, proceed as
follows.
1. O n t h e [ B l u e t o o t h ] s c r e e n ,
touch
to display the suc-
ceeding items.
2. Touch [Set system name].
The [Set system name] screen
appears.
3. Touch [Set system name].
4. By using the software keyboard
that appears, enter a desired
name, and touch [Enter].
To reset the name to “yamaha”, touch
[Set default name] on the [Set system
name] screen.
To establish connection with an al-
ready paired Bluetooth device
T h e s y s t e m a l l o w s y o u t o
automatically establish connection
with an already paired Bluetooth
device when you turn the ignition on.
To enable this function, proceed as
follows.
1. O n t h e [ B l u e t o o t h ] s c r e e n ,
touch
to display the suc-
ceeding items.
2. Touch [BT auto connection] so
that a checkmark is added.
To disable this function, touch
[BT auto connection] again so
that the checkmark is removed.
To make settings for phone com-
munication
1. Go to [Setting] menu.
2. Touch the category selector
[Communi.].
The [Communi.] setting menu
appears.
3. O n t h e [ C o m m u n i . ] s e t t i n g
menu, touch [Phone].
The [Phone] screen appears.
