3. REALTIME MESSAGES
3.1 Active Sensing
Once FE has been received, if no MIDI data is
subsequently received for longer than an interval of
approximately 300msec, the MU10 will perform the
same function as when ALL SOUNDS OFF, ALL
NOTES OFF, and RESET ALL CONTROLLERS
messages are received, and will then return to a status
in which FE is not monitored.

TRANSMISSION
When the HOST SELECT switch is set to other than
“MIDI”, data received via TO HOST terminal is
relayed to MIDI OUT terminal.
If the data received via TO HOST terminal includes
port message, the only data with the port message
specified in MULTI PORT NUMBER for MIDI OUT
( Table 2-2 ) is relayed to MIDI OUT terminal.
