Resetting specific data or settings

to select “OK” and press SELECT.
To cancel the reset, select “Cancel” and press SELECT.
The selected type of the song statistics for the MusicCAST client is reset.
To reset network settings
The MusicCAST server stores network settings such as registered clients or network
connection information. Follow the procedure below to reset all of these network set-
tings.

Select “Top Menu”

“System Setup”
➞
“Network”
➞
“Expert
Settings”
➞
“Network Settings Reset”.
The confirmation screen appears.

to select “Yes” and press SELECT.
To cancel the reset, select “Cancel” and press SELECT.
The network settings are reset to the default settings.
Resetting the network settings
stops playback on all MusicCAST
clients since they are
disconnected from the network.
To play back music on
MusicCAST clients after a
network reset, carry out the auto
configuration procedure (see
page 106 of the MCX-1000
Owner’s Manual) to rebuild the
network.

page 115 of MCX-1000 Owner’s
Manual.
