Variable
Controls the playback volume and
tone using the client settings.
Fixed
Controls the playback volume and
tone using the external component
settings. In this case, you cannot
control the playback volume and
tone using the client.
• If “Fixed” is selected in step 4, the volume output
level of your client is set to maximum. In this case,
adjust the volume level on the connected
component before starting playback.
• The “AUDIO OUT” menu is only available when
“MCX-CA15” or “MCX-IB15” is set in the
“Amplifier” menu, or the I/O box is connected to
your client. If you try to access the “AUDIO
OUT” menu at any other time, the message
“Prohibited” appears in the display.
If you will not be using your client for an extended
period, you can place it in sleep mode. Power
consumption is reduced in sleep mode, but the client
still consumes a small amount of power to keep the
display and remote control signal receiver in
operation.

The message “Please wait.” is displayed and the
client switches to sleep mode.
The current time appears in the display.

To display the time correctly, check the server
connections, or change the time display setting on
the server as follows:

“12 hours (AM/PM)”, and press SELECT. Press
