1. Remove :

• Nut

(rotor)

• Plain washer

NOTE:

Hold the rotor to loosen the nut by the flywheel
holding tool

2. Apply :

• Lithium soap base grease
(to oil seal)

3. Pass the C.D.I. magneto lead through the
crankcase hole.
4. Install :

• Stator assembly 8 Nm(0.8 kg.m)

5. Install :

• Woodruff key
• C.D.I. magneto Rotor

• Plain washer
• Nut 43Nm(4.3 kg.m)
