Removing the power unit

NOTE:

It is recommended to loosen the flywheel
magnet nut before removing the power unit to
improve working efficiency.

Disconnect the battery leads

Disconnect the shift cable

 and the

throttle cable

Disconnect the fuel hose 

4

 and the oil

hose

Remove the flywheel magnet cover.

Remove the junction box cover, and then
disconnect the cooling water hose

the PTT motor leads

Remove the bracket

 and disconnect

the trim sensor coupler (or connector)

Disconnect the PTT switch coupler and
the shift lever
