Removing the cylinder head

Remove the cylinder head cover.

Remove camshaft caps

and

in the

sequence shown.

Remove the camshaft (intake)

, cam-

shaft (exhaust)

, and oil seals

Remove the valve shims

from the

valve lifters

NOTE:

Do not mix the valve train parts. Keep them
organized in their proper groups.

Remove the cylinder head bolts in the
