28. Install the Woodruff key.

29. Install the flywheel magnet.

CAUTION:

Apply force in the direction of the arrows
shown, to prevent the flywheel holder
from slipping off easily.

NOTE:

Apply engine oil to the flywheel magnet nut
before installation.

30. Turn the flywheel magnet clockwise two

turns, and then check that all alignment
marks are aligned.

NOTE:

Do not turn the flywheel magnet counter-
clockwise.

31. Check each valve clearance and adjust if

necessary.

32. Install the spark plugs, and then tighten

them to the specified torque.

33. Install the cylinder head cover bolts, and

then tighten them to the specified torques
in two stages.

34. Install the ignition coil bracket, and con-

nect the ignition coil couplers and spark
plug caps.

Flywheel magnet holder: YB-06139

Flywheel magnet nut:

240 N·m (24 kgf·m, 174 ft·lb)

Spark plug:

25 N·m (2.5 kgf·m, 18 ft·lb)

Cylinder head cover bolt:

1st: 8 N·m (0.8 kgf·m, 5.8 ft·lb)
2nd: 8 N·m (0.8 kgf·m, 5.8 ft·lb)
