”.
Slave ROM check 1 (simplified check)
[DM: IC17]
Checks the Slave ROM. Check that the 7-seg. LED displays “
PAs
”.
RAM check 1 (simplified check)
[DM: IC22]
Checks all RAMs connected to the CPU bus. Check that the 7-seg. LED displays “
PAs
”.
Flash ROM check 1 (simplified check)
[DM: IC15]
Checks Flash ROM. Check that the 7-seg. LED displays “
PAs
”.
It takes about 5 seconds before the test is completed.
Sound Source 1 check (Autoscale)
Produces the sine wave sequence from A0 to E3 by using the channels 1 ch to 32 ch of the
sound source in order. After autoscaling has finished, individual keys can be played. (When
two or more keys are played simultaneously, the first pressed key has priority to make a
sound.)
Sound Source 2 check (Autoscale)
Produces the sine wave sequence from F3 to C6 by using the channels 33 ch to 64 ch of the
sound source in order. After autoscaling has finished, individual keys can be played. (When
two or more keys are played simultaneously, the first pressed key has priority to make a
sound.)
Pitch check
(outputs the A3 sine wave tone)
Connect the frequency counter to the [PHONES] jack. (33
Ω
load)
Check that the output signal is correct. (440 Hz +/- 0.2 Hz)
Sound production stops when returning to the selection screen by pressing the [CLICK ON/OFF] button.
Output level (R) check (
outputs
1 kHz (
C5) sine wave tone
)
Connect the level meter (with a JIS-C filter) to the [PHONES] jack. (33
Ω
load)
PHONES L: Less than -52.5 dBu PHONES R: -2.5 dBu +/-2 dB
Connect the level meter (with a JIS-C filter) to the [OUTPUT] jack. (10 k
Ω
load)
OUTPUT L: Less than -52.5 dBu OUTPUT R: +2.5 dBu +/-2 dB
Sound production stops when returning to the selection screen by pressing the [CLICK ON/OFF] button.
Output level (L) check (
outputs
1 kHz (
C5) sine wave tone
)
Connect the level meter (with a JIS-C filter) to the [PHONES] jacks. (33
Ω
load)
PHONES L: -2.5 dBu +/-2 dB PHONES R: Less than -52.5 dBu
Connect the level meter (with a JIS-C filter) to the [OUT PUT] jack. (10 k
Ω
load)
OUT PUT L: +2.5 dBu +/-2 dB OUT PUT R: Less than -52.5 dBu
Sound production stops when returning to the selection screen by pressing the [CLICK ON/OFF] button.
