Measure the gap between the slide runner
and the edge of the track window. Measure
both sides.

If the deflection is incorrect, adjust the
drive track.
Adjusting the drive track
1.
Lift the rear of the snowmobile onto a suit-
able stand to raise the drive track off the
ground.
2.
Loosen the rear axle nut.
3.
Start the engine and rotate the drive track
one or two turns. Stop the engine.
4.
Check the drive track alignment with the
slide runners. If the alignment is incorrect,
align the drive track by turning the left and
right adjusting nuts.

Standard drive track deflection:
RX10LT 25.0–30.0 mm (0.98–1.18 in)
RX10MT 30.0–35.0 mm (1.18–1.38 in)
RX10R 30.0–35.0 mm (1.18–1.38 in)
RX10RTR 30.0–35.0 mm (1.18–1.38
in)
