Tighten all M8 Hex Bolts to 7 Nm
using 13 mm Socket Wrench. Check
all Bolts are completely tightened
down and secure as required.
Do not over tighten.
SECURE PADS TO FIXED POINTS
Assemble 1 x M8 Washer onto
each M8 Hex Bolt 40 mm as
shown. Insert into Pads.

REMOVE END CAPS FROM BARS
From the LockNLoad Bar Kit (sold separately), remove Plastite Screw from each
Bar end using a #2 Phillips Head Screwdriver and pull out End Caps from Bars.
Keep all parts aside for later installation.
