You may utili ] e the Voice 0 emory capability of the FT
DX
1200 for repetitive messages. The Voice 0 emory system
includes ¿ ve memories capable of storing up to 0 seconds of voice audio each. The maximum that any memory can
hold is 0 seconds.

Recording Your Own Voice in Memory
1. Select the LSB, USB, $0 , or F 0 mode using the
front panel [ MODE
] buttons.

cancelled.

The “ REC ” icon will glow steadily and recording
will begin.
6. Speak into the microphone in a normal voice level to
record the message such as “CQ '; , CQ '; , this
is W 6 ' elta ; - 5 ay Charlie, W 6 ' elta ; - 5 ay Char-
lie, 2 ver”). 5 emember that the time limit for record-
ing any message is 0 seconds.
Checking Your Recording
1. Be sure that the front panel [ MOX
