Raise the level by pressing the Power/Level button.
The skin lacks moisture. Moisturize your skin with lotion before use. Also Moisturize your hand.
You are not applying the device along muscles. Apply the electrode head along muscles (page 24).
I cannot feel any warmth.
You are using the device without moving the electrode head.
Except when in COOL Mode, be sure to move the electrode head over your skin during the treatment.
The speed may be too slow. Move the device a little quicker.
The device is in standby or Auto-off status (page 12). Press the mode button to start the mode of your choice (page 17).
