of 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any
damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage. There are
no other expressed or implied warranties. This warranty will be void if the product is ever:
• Used in a manner other than for recreation
• Modified in any way
• Rented or commercial uses
• Consumer abuse or neglect
• Used by riders weighing over the maximum weight listed on the product.
The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly
or indirectly to the use of this product. Yvolution reserves the right to repair, supply re-
placement parts, or replace a defective product at our discretion.

13. Do not use the scooter at night or in periods with reduced visibility.
14. Do not allow to be towed by bicycle, car or any other vehicle during the usage.
15. Children younger than 10 years old have to be supervised by an adult when using the scooter.
16. Use of the scooter requires great skill, so as to avoid falls or collisions causing injury to the
user and third parties.
17. Avoid sharp bumps, drainage grates, and sudden surface changes. Scooter may suddenly stop.
18. Avoid streets and surfaces with water, sand, gravel, dirt, leaves and other debris. Wet
weather impairs traction, braking and visibility

24. Replace worn or broken parts immediately.
25. Ride on smooth, paved surfaces away from motor vehicles.
26. Obey all local traffic and scooter riding laws and regulations.
27. Adults must assist children in the initial adjustment procedures to adjust handlebar and
steering to height.
28. Do not modify the scooter in any way other than instructed by manufacturer.
29. Over time the nuts and bolts may become loose, please check that all nuts and bolts are
sufficiently tightened before each use of your scooter.
