If trapped by spindle or tool, remove the compressed air supply to the machine and rotate the
spindle by hand to free the trapped person.

If trapped by the axes, use the manual handwheels to move the axes slowly clear of the trapped
person.
5.
If no manual handwheels are fitted, reset the E-stop and put the control into DRO mode. Use the
Electronic Handwheels to move the axes slowly clear of the trapped person.

DANGER - Immediate hazards that

machine are red in colour.
WARNING - Hazards or unsafe practices that
could result in severe personal injury and/or damage to
the equipment. Warning labels on the machine are amber in colour.
CAUTION - Hazards or unsafe practices that
could result in minor personal injury or equipment/product
damage. Caution labels on the machine are Yellow in colour.
NOTE - Call attention to specific issues requiring special attention or understanding.
