generator
Check:
• the system
configuration
• the position and
integrity of the non-
return valves

Rotor blocked
• Motor stall
• Loss of rotor
synchronism or rotor
blocked by external
materials
• Check that there are no
foreign bodies
preventing the pump
from turning
• Stop the pump for 5
minutes and then start
it again
If the problem continues,
contact Xylem or the
Authorised Distributor
E05
EEPROM Data memory
error
EEPROM Data memory
corrupted
Stop the pump for 5
minutes and then restart it

• Wait for the motor to
cool down
• If the error persists,
stop the pump for 5
minutes and then start
it again
