b) Pry off the seal housing cover.
Use a screwdriver in the gaps between the seal housing and the lower intermediate
piece.

2. Remove the remaining oil from inside the intermediate piece.
Use a syringe.

3. Remove the mechanical seal.
Use a screwdriver on each side to pry the mechanical seal off the shaft.

4.5.7 Remove the shaft unit
1. Reinstall the screws for the seal housing cover.
Do not reinstall the seal housing cover.
Tighten the screws three turns.
