Machine Debugging
This operation is only for repairman, ordinary users are banned to undertake
these operations. Because these operations involve some mechanical work, please pay
attention to the personal safety and equipment security during the operation.
Debugging function is to mainly used for testing, maintenance and fault inspection of
the machine, which include the following function (debugging items will be differentfor the
different models):
Debugging Interface 1
Debugging Interface 2
Main Shaft
Test optical encoder
Test rotation speed of main shaft
Turn main shaft to certain angle
Thread-trimming
Test thread-trimming solenoid/motor
Test thread-holding solenoid
Test thread-hooking solenoid/motor

Change needle position, needle bar
color and adjust main shaft manually
