When not in use, idle tools should be stored in a place out of reach of visitors and children.

Maintain careful manipulation with the tool. Check for deflecting or jamming of turning parts, damaged
parts or other conditions which may influence operating with the tool.

Keep tools sharp and clean for better and safer performance. Properly serviced tools are less likely to
become covered in impurities and are better controlled.

Use equipment recommended by the producer of your model only. Modifications and accessories used at
one tool may be dangerous when used with another model.

Preliminary adjustment
Take the chuck (8) and insert into the alignment hole guide (3).
Rotate the chuck to open in order to insert the drill bit to be grinded.
Open the positioning jaws by depressing the alignment button. Then, fully insert
the drill bit between the positioning jaws.
Release the alignment button slowly in the way that the positioning jaws seize
the drill bit above the clamping groove while closing in order to adjust the
position.
Rotate to the right to close the chuck and remove it from the alignment hole.
Additionally, tighten the chuck a little once again.
Grinding
Connect the tool to a power supply.
Use the switch to turn on.
Insert the chuck with the drill bit into the grinding hole (6). Then, rotate the
chuck lightly pressing to the left and right stop until the grinding noise gradually
decreases. Remove the chuck from the groove, rotate 180° and repeat.
Use the switch to turn off. Remove the chuck after the grindstone fully stops.
Check the grinding results.
Tip shaping (wood drill bits)
Connect the tool to a power supply.
Use the switch to turn on.
Insert the chuck with the drill bit into the tip shaping hole (5). Then, rotate the
chuck lightly pressing to the left and right stop until the grinding noise gradually
decreases. Remove the chuck from the groove, rotate 180°and repeat.
Use the switch to turn off. Remove the chuck after the grindstone fully stops.
Check the shaping results.

Carry out the maintenance and clean regularly.
Adapt your work to the tool.
Do not force the tool.
If necessary, have the tool serviced.
When not operated, turn the tool off.
