What to do in case of leakage ?
In the event of any leakage, stop work immediately and thoroughly clean the entire gun with a
suitable PU foam cleaner, or follow the instructions in chapter
4 - Cleaning and maintenance
. If
the leakage still remains even after thorough cleaning, submit the product for a claim to the
retailer where you purchased the product, together with the relevant proof of payment.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If the foam gun is handed over to the complaint procedure uncleaned (according to the
instructions in chapter 4 - Cleaning and maintenance ), with fully cured foam inside, any
visible mechanical damage or with clear signs of neglected maintenance , the seller or
producer reserve the right to automatically reject the complaint, or to be not classified as
warranty service.
Safety instructions for working with the PU foam gun:
- always use personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles or respirators when working.
- always use the gun in sufficiently ventilated areas, or ensure appropriate ventilation before the
work itself.
- do not work with the gun near children and keep other people at a safe distance to prevent
accidents or injuries.
- store and keep for a long time out of the reach of children and unauthorized persons.
- do not use the gun if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication or if you do not
feel competent.
- when working with a cartridge with PU foam, always follow the cartridge manufacturer's
instructions completely.
- never disassemble the gun
- in the event of disassembly or visible mechanical damage to the gun, the leak-proof guarantee
automatically expires.
- Warning! The cartridge with PU foam is constantly under pressure.
- Do not expose the gun to direct sunlight and extreme low or high temperatures.
- Never apply PU foam or PU foam cleaners directly to fire or hot objects.
- Do not throw empty or full PU foam cartridges into fire.
- Never intentionally mechanically damage the PU foam cartridges.
5. STORAGE
Always store the PU foam gun after thorough cleaning, in a dry and safe place, out of the reach
of children and other unauthorized persons.
6. DISPOSAL
Always dispose the product, its packaging material and other accessories in accordance with
local regulations and requirements for environmental protection. If the product's lifespan has
been exceeded, hand it over to designated collection points. Be environmentally responsible and
do not treat the product as regular municipal waste.
