2. INTENDED USE
The product is intended for the application of low/high expansion polyurethane foam. The gun is
suitable for a wide range of professions and uses, such as the assembly and installation of doors,
windows and windowsills, the installation of electrical switchboards and boxes and other similar
applications. Do not use the product for purposes other than intended.
3. OPERATION
To achieve safe and comfortable use of the product, always follow all instructions within this
manual. Before using the product for the first time, make sure to carefully read and understand all
instructions. Otherwise, risks of personal injury or property damage may be present.
A) Choose a cartridge with PU foam that is compatible with this product. Before connecting to the
gun, shake the cartridge thoroughly and always follow all instructions of the cartridge manufacturer -
according to the instructions for use on the cartridge label/manual.
B) Screw the foam cartridge onto the clamping nut (

).
C) Press the trigger of the gun ( 5 ) and wait until a continuous layer of foam starts to flow from the
nozzle ( 6 ).
D) Carefully turn the flow control nut ( 2 ) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the desired foam
flow. Before first use, test the optimal flow setting on a practice workpiece.
CAUTION !
•
Never point the nozzle of the gun at yourself, other people or animals.
If residual air remains in the gun after use, the foam inside the gun may cure and cause damage
or deterioration to the gun or its components.
Short-term storage
If the is to be put idle for less than 24 hours, it is possible to leave the cartridge screwed onto the
gun.
Long-term storage
In the case of long-term storage, the gun shall be thoroughly cleaned using a suitable cleaner or
PU foam cleaning agent. Before long-term storage, unscrew and remove the cartridge and clean
the gun according to the instructions in chapter 4 - Cleaning and maintenance.
CARTRIDGE CHANGE
A) If the currently used cartridge is already empty, replace it with a new one.
B) Unscrew the empty foam cartridge. Thoroughly clean the clamping nut and input valve with a
suitable cleaner and screw the new cartridge onto the gun as quickly as possible to prevent the
residual foam from curing inside the gun.
C) Shake the new foam cartridge thoroughly before screwing it on.
D) Press the trigger briefly and wait until a continuous layer of foam starts to come out of the
nozzle.
