are
intended
only
as
exercise

in
determining

Wear

shoes.
High
heels,
dress
shoes,
sandals
or
bare
feet
are
not
suitable
for
use
on
your
fitness
bike.
Quality
athletic
shoes
are
recommended
to
avoid
leg
fatigue
or
injury.
This
equipment
