4. Reset Your Device
Performing Factory Data Reset
A hard reset returns the device to factory settings, removing ALL applications and data from the
device. Be sure that all data is backed up before performing a hard reset.
To perform a factory date reset, do the following:
1. Tap Apps icon, then select Settings.
2. In Personal selection, select Back up and reset.
3. Select Factory date reset, click Reset phone.
