4.6 Programming Button (P1, P2, P3,  ▲) 

Programming buttons are newly added to enhance user convenience and these buttons can be 
set via CPS program.   
 

4.7 Emergency Microphone 

Emergency microphone can be used in case of  emergencies when the mobile microphone is 
unavailable. Emergency Microphone PTT button can be set via CPS program. 

 

4.8 External Connector Jack 

External Connector Jack is used to connect a Mobile Hand-microphone, to program Software 
and to upgrade firmware. 
 
 

4.9 LED Display 

LED indicates the operational status of the radio. 

 

LED will illuminate RED color when transmitting 

 

LED will illuminate GREEN color when receiving 

 

If the LED blinks GREEN, the frequency is the same but the color code does not match 

 

Low Battery: LED blinks RED with beep sound

5.1  Menu  selection 

Press  Menu  Button  to  enter  the  menu  mode.  8  menus  are  selectable  in  order  to  set  up  the 
Radio according to usage purpose and environment.
