General Settings
Changing Settings
To deactivate or activate the GPS receiver:
1.
Press the Menu button.
2.
Scroll to
General
Settings
and enter.
3.
Scroll to
Satellites
and enter.
4.
Scroll to
GPS Status
.
5.
Use the control stick to turn the GPS on or off. The selected
option is in red.
6.
Press the Mode button to save and back to the general settings
menu.
To reset the GPS receiver:
1.
Press the Menu button.
2.
Scroll to
General
Settings
and enter.
3.
Scroll to
Satellites
and enter.
4.
Scroll to
Reset GPS
and enter.
5.
Press the Mode button to go back to the General Settings.
To view GPS Info:
1.
Press the Menu button.
2.
Scroll to
General Settings
and
enter
.
3.
Scroll
to
Satellites
and enter.
4.
Scroll to
Satellite Signal
and enter. A screen appears displaying
the following information:
•
GPS quality: Displays the quality of the signal from GPS
satellites.
•
Satellites: Displays the number of satellites in earth orbit.
