Each of these Joint Profiles has the following tracking position selections:

TL – Top Left

•

TLC – Top Left Centre

•

TLI - Top Left Inside

•

TC – Top Centre

•

TRI – Top Right Inside

•

TRC – Top Right Centre

•

TR – Top Right

The

System State Indicator

has the following states:

•

INITIALISE

: Shown during initialisation of application

•

READY

: Operate Signal is Off – waiting to start tracking

•

SEARCH

: Operate Signal is ON – Laser is On and searching for joint bead.

Once the position is within the threshold range then the status will change to
TRACKING

•

TRACKING

: Sensor is following weld joint and position correction moves are

being sent.

•

ERROR

A serious error has occurred. The system will not track in this state.

•

BL – Bottom Left

•

BLC – Bottom Left Centre

•

BLI - Bottom Left Inside

•

BC – Bottom Centre

•

BRI – Bottom Right Inside

•

BRC – Bottom Right Centre
