Back up your data
You can back up the device settings and App data to a private folder in Google
Drive.
You need to login in your backup account.
1. Go to Settings > System > Backup.
2. Tap
to enable Back up to Google Drive.
3. Choose to back up and restore the local and cloud items.

Note
• Large files, or files developers have chosen to excluded from the service, and they
are not backed up.
• Backup data does not count towards your Drive storage quota.
Reset the phone
1. Go to Settings > System > Reset options.
2. Choose to reset the data and the phone.
• Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth to reset network settings.
• Tap Reset app preferences to reset App permissions and other data.
• Tap Erase downloaded SIMs to erase SIM data.
• Tap Erase all data (factory reset) to erase all data from the internal stor-
age of your phone.
3. Follow the onscreen instruction to perform action.
Tip
You can back up all important items such as accounts, contacts, photos and videos,
Apps, backups, SD card data, and other items first.
You can go to Settings > Google to sign in with your Google Account and
set the preference services such as ads, autofill, and devices and sharing on the
phone.
